Courses & Roles allow you to customise both which courses your staff need and which staff need which courses.
- Adding a course
- Click in the bottom row and type a course name and length. For courses which do not repeat, enter zero (0).
- Change the name or length of a course
- Click in the appropriate cell and edit the value
- Remove a course
- Click the red X that appears when you point to a row. NOTE when you remove a course, all current training matrix entries for that course are also removed.
- Assign a role to a course
- Click the cell for that course and role to tick the box. That course will now be considered mandatory for staff with the matching role
